I've been going to Douglas Dental for more than a decade and the level of service continues to be outstanding. The Douglas Dental team is professional, my appointments start on time, and I'm confident in the service they provide. If anyone is looking for a change, I highly recommend checking out Dr. Rastetter and team.
Posh did my semi-annual cleaning, etc. - same great care she's always shown. We figured out she's been cleaning my teeth for over 15 years - and if that's not a good endorsement, don't know what is. Seriously, everyone in the office is super friendly, and interested in me as a person, not just someone with my mouth wide open!
From the time you walk in to the time you leave, everyone there is very friendly. I've never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time.

Each member of the staff at Douglas Dental is friendly, cheerful and efficient. When I arrived at a simple cleaning appointment with a broken tooth, Dr. Ratstetter and staff made time to give me the care I needed so it could be done today and I could avoid an additional trip. I trust all of them completely!
I have always had good experiences with my cleanings at Douglas Dental. This past week I had to have a filling replaced and was really impressed with the quality and speediness of the process. Everyone at Douglas Dental is very kind, and Dr Rastetter really did a great job.
