My latest experience at Douglas Dental was fabulous! Jane worked me into the schedule twice; once for a cleaning and then again for a filling in the same day! Kelly did her usual job of working and keeping me from being bored. She shows such compassion and care! Kathy and Dr. R. were so kind and informative and generous as they worked on both of my fillings. I really appreciated all that they did to keep me "in the know" as they moved through the paces. I never want to go to the dentist, but on this occasion I needed to go due to a chipped tooth. Dr, R. saw the problem immediately and gave the tooth a quick fix, perfect for what was needed.
I have been going to Douglas Dental for over 15 years. The whole staff is very pleasant and great to work with and Dr. Rastetter is very good. Today I went in to have a filling that fell out replaced. I was amazed, I was in an out in 25 minutes completely done and ready for lunch! I am not joking, under thirty minutes for a new filling, incredible. I want to give a shout out to my regular hygienist Posh.
