We had a very good experience of working with all the team at Douglas Allen for the sale of my mother’s house. They were very professional, kept us informed closely with the app and by email and phone call. They accompanied all potential buyers over a number of months and when we had a sale a dedicated team member worked very hard to push things along as quickly as possible. In the climate of house buying today, this was an excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
We sold our family home after bereavement with Douglas Allen. At all stages it went very smoothly and the team were very responsive and helpful. We live at a distance away, and the house was empty at time of sale so it was important that we had peace of mind with for things like viewings, responding to offers etc. The house was sold very quickly which is a reflection of the team’s efficiency.
After making the mistake of walking away from them due to false promises made by another real estate agency, they welcomed us back with open arms and helped sell our house much faster than we had anticipated. No complaints from me
I found all the staff, including Rumel who was the main agent I worked with, very accomodating, efficient and helpful. They were also a very friendly team. They saw my sale through to a successful conclusion.
