Extremely rude and unprofessional individual, left the windows of our flat smeared with dirt after cleaning them and started a row with the residents. When approached to address his rude behaviour he also threatened to damage the vehicles of the residents. Highly unprofessional for someone who stands with a pole and cleans windows all day.
