No free WiFi No Air Conditioner. A lot of people with no available oxygen No mic set up for audience during Q & A. Hôtel should have ensured that this was available Beverages were extremely expensive. I buy those type of wines at Fry’s and SAFEWAY for $8.99 per bottle; so the hotel’s profit was exorbitant (even after paying their liquor license and servers). $6.00 would have been more appropriate.
I was there on a business trip. Everyone was super nice and smiled most of the time

The weekend stay was great! Parking was a challenge on Saturday due to a large event that was going on. The problem was resolved by a great valet staff, friendly and very professional. I lot my ticket on Saturday morning at 5am for a golf tournament, they were very understanding seeing how I had another set of key for that vehicle. The front desk and the entire staff were very friendly, hospitable and caring for every need. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your beautiful hotel.
