This was my 3rd visit to this resort ... it's beautiful! Excellent customer service! The staff made arrangements to surprise me & my granddaughter who were celebrating our birthdays with a delivery of wine & chocolates! The staff always went out of their way to provide great customer service. So thank you for making me feel so special!
Love the Doubletree Hotel in Scottsdale. Have stayed there 3 plus times. great rooms and customer service!!
The stay was good and room was clean. I just wish I didn't have so far to walk to the lobby from my room.
The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very nice! Only problem was at the restaurant. I went for breakfast one morning. I told the waiter that I did not want the buffet, as I only wanted a bowl of oatmeal off the menu and a DrPepper. I never got the soft drink. He told me to get my oatmeal from the buffet. When I left, he charged me $20 for the buffet. I tried to argue with him, along with a couple others in my group. He said I misunderstood him about the buffet. Stayed here for two nights for my daughters pageant this past weekend and i was really disappointed. First off the room was nice at first glance. It was clean and cooled off and had an ok view. What I didn't like was the dirty used cups in the bathroom one of them had milk in the bottom of it. Also found black mold in the bathtub. Work up the next morning to a huge cockroach in our bathroom. The neighbours on both sides of us keeps slamming the doors. One would go from 10 pm to 2 am. Lovely welcome with iced water and cookie to a beautiful Hotel amazing gardens and pools .Excellent rooms always well cleaned and very spacious loved our stay.
