Good hotel but they need to stick to what the customer reserved to begin with!!!!
I was there for a conference. Their cookies are great. The buffet not so much (overpriced for what you get.) there were little bugs in the room, the desk was called and she said they go into the rooms when it's humid. There is a lot of walking back and forth from the room to conference, I have RA. They need an elevator on the side where we enter & leave the conference. Otherwise it was comfortable.
The staff here was amazing! Ramiro and Revda made my stay here off the charts! I'd highly recommend this resort to all of my friends, family and colleagues.

Had a great time and the staff was so great helping with the surprise birthday dinner party I had scheduled there.
Rooms and meeting rooms need updating but overall very nice resort hotel. Good service and cleanliness.
