I’m going to keep this short as I was able to salvage an amazing, safe weekend but I want to share my experience out of principle. I have Hilton status, have been Hilton loyal for the past 5+ years, and have their Amex credit card. I have never had a bad experience with Hilton until this hotel. Refund the high school funded trips. What’s a baseball team of seniors going to do with a block of rooms in November of 2021?
RecommendedJust came back from a 4 night stay. It was a wonderful experience. Shuttle service within a two mile radius. Never waited longer than ten minutes for a pick up. The pools were beautifully maintained as are the magnificent grounds. I complimented the grounds keepers on their expertise. Had a ground floor room which was nice and house keeping does a great job. Beautiful resort with an amazing architecture
Our room was by the park. Anytime someone turned on their water you can here the plumbing system running very loud. Woke me up from my sleep. The buildings are not made well. You here everything including all the workers near by. The customer service here is non existent. I definitely will not stay here again
Beautiful property with adequate restaurants and bars for entertainment. The food at the restaurant was pricy and average. The guest rooms were spacious and updated.
Old hotel. Clean, quiet room in a convenient location.
