GREAT PEOPLE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
Worst hotel experience ever. This a/c unit was so loud that it kept waking us throughout the night. Pool area is absolutely disgusting as you can see in the pics. Notice the hot tub water is so low that it's no longer getting filtered and chlorinated. No fridge in the room and the food on breakfast buffet (costs extra and $15 each) was cold. I wouldn't stay here again of I had to. I expect better from Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Thank you double tree for helping out a fellow SIG employee in a time of need. Our heat went out and y’all were more then helpful making us feel at home. Outstanding service. Excellent atmosphere and staff was so helpful as well as professional
First I want to say I apologize for my actions this morning but I was highly upset after being woke up in the middle of the night. The Hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing and I can honestly say they handled every situation the best they could at their levels. By the end of the day they was honest and straight up front with every phone call. They repeatly check on my well being through out the day, that's is how businesses and professionals should always be.
