RecommendedWe traveled with our two teenagers, and did request an upgrade on our room for extra space. Front desk staff was friendly and professional during our entire stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was accommodating. The one issue I would recommend to change would be in the housekeeping department. When the gentlemen brought a roll away bed to our room they were both rude. The sheets were messy, I did questioned if they were clean. I've been here before and the food was excellent, but today the chicken was undercooked and the food bar wasn't sufficiently stocked for the amount of people who needed to be serviced. However the manager comped all 6 diners at my table. I strongly suggest they hire back the person who was there 3 months ago
Hosted event recently at Doubletree. Would not recommend. Way overpriced for what you get. Food was subpar, was served pork but they SWEAR it was beef. But the most disturbing part about it was working with Sales Manager & Director of the hotel. Neither were anywhere to be found the day of my event, in fact no one was available but the chef. comfortable king size bed: great shopping
This was a great place to stay the beds are so comfortable an the rooms are nice as well customer service was excellent
I’m here every 2 weeks. Heather in the bar is AWESOME! Breakfast not so much😉😂
The food and hospitality is always great i love it.
nice lighting and clean. spacious seating area and very laidback.
This was a great conference location. our meals were excellent and the wait staff was outstanding.
