The people were great, the food was mostly great, the one problem was the prime rib bar had very crunchy and cool fried oysters as well as the other fried foods at varying degrees of cool instead of hot. I apologize for the rating but it's true, the other 4 times we've been it was very good.

The service is really good and the lunch is always good here. The main area this particular Doubletree has always struggled with is the Breakfast buffet... the food would be pretty good if it wasn't always lukewarm/cold. I have eaten here for years for business meetings and so forth and it's ALWAYS been an issue. One that I have brought up many times. They have added little steam guard things on top of the food (I'm pretty sure it's because I've always complained so much about the temperature) but they don't seem to help at ... read more
I love coming here nice-place for a getaway and good food
Overall very good The breakfast Buffet was awesome!! Room service food was great. Room was nice but our toilet was broken and there were cosmetic things wrong with the room. The staff was very accommodating and nice though. They moved us to a new room since our toilet kept not flushing. Hotel could use a facelift-kinda out dated and saw cosmetic things like leaks, poorly patched holes etc Again, overall great!
Doubletree will always play a special place in my heart because my husband and I got married and had our reception there. Also me and my family frequent Doubletree on weekdays and Sunday for their lunch buffet at Andrews. They have the best waitress/waiter staff. The food is delicious and reasonably priced!
