Stayed here for 3 nights and my room was NEVER cleaned. Front desk made a Note, however no care or concern for the fact my room was dirty! Extremely disappointed Hilton....not your normal!!!! Might have to rethink my stay here in Augusta, as I have stayed here for years!
Very clean .. Fantastic service ...indoor and outdoor pools both very clean and well maintained .. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable
