I was a evacuee from Savannah (hurricane Matthew) they had one room left at a hefty price tag of 299.00 + tax for the final price of 346.00 PLUS A 50.00 hold..yes it was a PRESIDENTIAL SUITE for one night!!...mind you this was not a vacay it was a mandatory evacuation and after I mentioned this to the young lady she didn't even say or show an inch of compassion! but that one night (even though I needed at least 2 if not 3) for that ridiculous amount really hurt my pockets for me & my grandsons being that we were there becaus... read more
Room service needs improvement ~ Ordered breakfast at 9:30 (after 2 phone calls) received at 12:30. The indoor pool area was freezing & the wet surface around the pool was dangerous (1 adult & 2 kids fell on it). The food was good ~ the buffet looked nice (not sure it's worth $40). I am not likely that I will stay here again especially for the price of a room with no frig or microwave.

I went there for a conference.The food was Excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to use a computer to accept a job offer and I was allowed to you one at Guest Service.
The Sunday Buffet food is excellent! Wait staff are curteous, nice atmosphere.
