No coffee in the room - Wifi not included - very dark lobby - gloomy

We had a great time in ny Hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly. Great location for all the sights Only one thing was that you couldn't get or make a cup of tea we had to go out.... you know us brits n a cuppa lol overall tho was great *****
