The staff was very nice & friendly, clean rooms but a/c units a little noisy. Restaurant a little dated but food was good. The sushi & food in restaurant was excellent and the staff in very accommodating. Will be back next time in Flagstaff!
Staff really friendly, food lovely & tasty. Beds soft, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. On the down side.....it sounded like a herd of elephants were in the room above which made us very self conscious of those below us having the same problem (we were on the second floor). The AC & plumbing were also very noisy. After my review l would still recommend this hotel.
Pool and hot tub closed!!! Air not working in our room and was told it would be put on list for maintenance!!! Just not impressed!!!
I had my sons graduation dinner party here may 13 2017 and we had excellent experience. Connor the banquet supervisor was very accommodating. Matt n Mark gave us superb service. Prime rib was so tender n juicy.... Wish the place is here in San Diego as I would have all my functions there .. Thank u for the wonderful memorable experience ..
We had Easter Brunch! Very good and great service!
