Our Diamond Tour group was treated royally! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful! Thank you, Doubletree for making our trip most enjoyable!
I had a good experience with staff and in general. The shuttle driver was awesome. The front desk guys were very cool. Only issue I had was the ac in my room was making a noise but at the end didn’t bother me. I was out! Will definitely go again!
Room was very nice, bed was ok but not the most comfortable I've slept in. The only issue with the room was that it was noisy. Not from hearing other rooms, I think there may have been a generator or air con unit above us. Best of all were the staff who were faultless. Our booking was very last minute due to being unhappy with another hotel in the area and the front desk clerk, Cassidy, was outstanding.
We drove from phoenix for the night with our two pups. The hotel was amazing. Very pet friendly. Great staff everyone we came across were friendly and greeted us. We were stressed about traveling with our pets and finding a nice, clean hotel to stay at with them and we are so relieved and happy that we stayed here.
