I am so impressed with the superb customer service at this hotel! I can only recall two names: Shay and Daniel, but, I haven't met a person working here who is not an asset to your company. The customer service is impeccable!
We was very happy with all the amenities here. The only problem we had was the air in our room didn't work. We informed staff during check out. All she had to say was we will have maintenance look at.
It was really good , don't mind stay there again ...
Have to say- the room was spotless and the staff friendly and very welcoming. Enjoy the cubcumer water and hot coffee that they have available. Great spot to stay in the 🌲. We will be back for sure
It's okay. Just that. A.C. never really cooled the room. The cookie recipe has changed...for the worse. We had driven 10 hours so ordered room service. The soft drinks came in a glass warm and had zero ice. My sandwich was missing the au jus and fries. We called down about it and they brought the fries but no catsup. Fries were limp and barely warm. Disappointing meal for the cost.
I Truly enjoyed my stay @[321462724610:Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Flagstaff] the Personnel was excellent. Rooms were spacious & clean & would definitely stay there in the future. One Very Happy Guest.
