Alex at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff we encountered in the restaurants and lobby lounge were excellent as well. The room was well appointed and clean. Definitely our place to stay when in Flag.
The company i work for made arrangements for me to stay there while on assignment. The restraunt was nice, food taste good. Breakfest was fast. I did not eat at the japanese side though.
BEST HOTEL EVER! Best customer service, best room, best food... everything was amazing and it is that way every time we visit! Can't wait to come and stay again! BEST place to stay in Flagstaff!
