Clean rooms friendly staff! Will definitely stay again
The hotel is awesome, In just the right location,, the young man at the desk when I checked in was the best, answered all my questions about the area, and the hotel, Had breakfast this am, and it was all top notch, Eddie the server, also very attentive to one's needs. Everyone in the staff I ran into was sure to say Hi. Makes one feel at home, Keep up the great job guys.
I have stayed at the Doubletree in Flagstaff multiple times for business or pleasure. Every time has been 5 stars. Rooms are clean and updated, beds are super comfy, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. I have also stayed at the Embassy Suites which was once the nicest place in town. After one night I checked out and moved over to the Doubletree. What a dump! I'm at the Doubletree now and have once again enjoyed my stay.
Hotel was decent, 1st night I encountered bed bugs. Management claims they don't have an issue but they check when it was light out. Apparently they aren't unaware that bed bugs come out whn it gets dark. They offered another room but they were very slow making the transition, my second night was better, no new bed bug bites.
