I've been going to Double Oak Mountain and Dr. Brewer for over three years now. They have always been very very nice, courteous and they do excellent work! Customer service is A1. And I have a personal relationship with my hygienist!
I recently had my teeth cleaned and a few months ago I had to have a few cavities filled. I have always dreaded going to the dentist. In the past I have had several unpleasant visits with other dentists. I have used Double Oak for my last two cleanings and a couple of fillings. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am. I was sitting in the chair at 8:57. The process-from x-rays to Dr. Sanders' part went very smoothly. The girl who did my x-rays and cleaning was so professional and caring. She continually asked me if I was okay and if she was hurting--which she did not at all. The office staff is always cordial and caring. I have being using this dental office for many years and they always make me feel like I am their only customer.
As usual, my office visit to Double Oak Mountain Family Dentistry was met with very a personable and friendly atmosphere. My dental hygenist, even though an Alabama fan, was courteous and quite humorous.
