There was no need to worry when I broke my tooth! Dr. Samford and his staff did a wonderful job on my crown, and it was totally painless. I was treated with kindness and courtesy by everyone there. Also I was in and out in just over an hour!
Staff followed up for my overdue appointment. Love KIM !! She's always so pleasant even with my mouth open 😝
I love this place so much! Every person is so kind and very patient. I have never felt like they were just trying to rush me out. It felt like i was the only patient there and to me that is what good customer service/patient care is all about!
Had an appointment and they were on time. Everything was excellent from the moment I walked in till I scheduled the next appointment and paid my bill. I couldn't ask for more, Just a group of great people.
I always get expert care on every appointment. That's why I have been coming to Double Oak Mountain Dentistry for over 15 years. Tuesday they took extra care to find if my new insurance had coverage for me. It didn't. Dr Brewer came up with a plan to get my fillings and crowns on a timeline I could manage. They are a caring group.

Everyone was very professional but they also made me feel as if I were a regular (my first visit). One of the most painless dental visits I ever had and my teeth are the whitest they've been in years(didn't think that was possible). If the Army keeps me in Birmingham, I'll for sure become a regular.
Once agan I was very pleased with my visit to Oak Mountain Dental Office today.Everyone from the receptionist,April,Dr.Brewer.All were very kind and professional.I was made to feel very at ease during my dental procedure.I will return in six mos for my teeth cleaning 😄.
