Most veterinarians do not take phone calls, I however live a county or two away. Dr. Douglass took my call and eased my concerns about a surprise birthing by what I thought to be my male guinea pig!! He was so pleasant to talk to that I will brave 280 for any "exotic" we have in the future.

Top notch . Hands down the best vet I have ever used! They treat your animal like their own. Very clean. And friendly staff!
They took me as a new patient, emergency and were so friendly, caring and wonderful. I pretty much showed up on their doorstep. We just moved to the area. I will be bringing all my babies here. I highly recommend them.

New patient. Had broken tooth at gum. Was able to fit in schedule which was greatly appreciated. Did extraction while there. Made every effort to assure as painless as possible. Only improvement would have been availability or nitrus oxide.
Can't say enough great things about Dr. Douglas and all the staff in general. Moving is necessary for me, but your care for my fur babies will be missed. Wishing you all the best in the future!
