We needed some window handles sorted out. Paul was quick to respond to my message and kept me informed when he would be arriving to see if he could help. He checked all the problems and gave us a very reasonable quote. He began the work straight away, gave me options as to whether to mend or replace a window mechanism and the prices involved. Paul was professional and reasonably priced and all our windows are now in excellent working order. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have used Paul’s services twice now, first to replace all the door locks when I moved house and second to unlock some windows for which I did not have a key. He has always been responsive, professional and turned up right on time. Furthermore, he has always come up with useful help and advice. We've had multiple issues with our doors, locks, windows etc since moving into our home last year.
