This hotel has a great vibe. Every room is decorated differently. Call it eclectic/historical/industrial chic. Hotel staff is very accommodating and convey they're delighted to be working in this special hotel. Food is local and very tasty. Hotel On North is located in an area that's easily accessible to terrific regional skiing and the best cultural venues on the east coast. My hope is that Hotel on North's success draws more terrific businesses in the immediate area. Congratulations to the owners and staff.

I just had my mom's 60th birthday party in the smaller private dining room. The staff went above and beyond creating a space that was more than what i could have ever imagined. The food was fantastic and we even had a private server and bartender. The party was about 40 people. The guests were raving about the choice of venue... a nice change of pace from the usual spots!
The place started off on the right track with the farm fresh local food and good hospitality but recently the food quality is awful the clam chowder was worst than canned and our server Kevin had a s bloody nose and was clearly high on something serious and The GM refused to speak with us .We will not return as we walked out after a half hr waiting . J Allens treated us with a full dining experience.
Love it here. Awesome service from a friendly staff.
Definitely liked it. We'll go back for sure. A little pricey for the food but very good.
