Unbelievably friendly, helpful staff. We've moved in for 3 nights, complete with our 2 dogs. Staff has been helpful and supportive , opening doors, offering dog treats, patient and all around NICE! complimentary continental breakfast in the restaurant is great to pick up and take back to room. Gracious about late arrival and late check out. Decor is very eclectic but works, seating everywhere. I'll come back!
A gorgeous, unique and welcoming place for visitors and residents alike. Love the quirky craft nights, the changing art exhibits, the comfortable lounge spaces.
I was especially touched by Hotel on North's homage to the history of Pittsfield's industrial past. Its fresh take is stunning in every detail. We so enjoyed our stay, and the staff went the extra distance to make my birthday special. The restaurant is hip and homey all at once, with meatloaf and mac and cheese on the menu along with a fantastic oyster bar. We'll be back!
I loved it everything was perfect the staff, the room, the service and it's really clean . I only have one thing to say which I didn't like the fact that I had the Privacy sign on my door but the maid enter my room anyway I don't like that besides everything was PERFECT !!!
