My niece's wedding and reception was held there September 9th and I found it to be a beautiful venue with top notch service and courteous staff.
Lovely hotel in downtown Pittsfield. Friendly, helpful staff, large, comfortable rooms, and dog-friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
OMG!!! My wife and I had no kids this week and decided to take a staycation! I HIGHLY recommend trying Hotel On North. The rooms, the atmosphere, the people, the food!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING was amazing. Lovely hotel and rooms, but unfortunately very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Very hard to get assistance in both the hotel and restaurant/bar. Have stayed here twice due to convenient location and was very excited to have a nice hotel in town, but would never recommend.
Great hotel... very cool, rooms huge and well decorated. Staff very polite. Great bar/restaurant in the lobby. Will definitely come again!
