Our style clicked immediately with Hotel on North such a great find of food & atmosphere, definitely one of our top ten of all time, new favorite place to getaway!
We booked our accommodation as part of wedding block. It was a fun experience. The hotel is a unique one in the center of old Pittsfield MA. The building is old and historic with lots of eclectic furnishings and charm but modern in things like elevator, life safety upgrades and bathrooms. Great experience at Hotel on North. Very nicely laid out hotel. Rooms are beautiful and unique. They even folded my clothes I had left on the floor! When they found out it was my little one's first birthday, they had balloons, a card, and even a generous gift. Wonderful staff here! Will definitely stay again when we come out to this part of MA.
Just came from two days at Hotel on North and couldn't have been more pleased. The service is exceptional. It feels as if the staff loves the place - there's nothing pretentious about any of them but they eagerly give information about the location and the town. This is a wonderful renovation. We were in a room that was so unique - not at all hotel-like. There were little distinctive, thoughtful touches and wooden floors.
