Would be great if they ever picked up the phone!
Really good service from Nigel. He gave me good advice and didn't try to push a particular bike on me, rather listened to what i wanted and then advised accordingly. I particularly liked the fact that they don't sell cheap entry level bikes, preferring to use their expertise to buy in top quality used bikes and offer them as a better entry level option. Personally, i think I will opt for one of the Storck options as they have excellent reviews.
