I have to say this was quite amazing and so comfortable and secure I was a bit nervous before I went but that went almost straight away as Lyra made me feel so at home I got the message I was looking for from the session and wrote it down to remind me I knew that past life was affecting this on and it said to me PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH As an art teacher and lecturer I am on a mission to promote Creativity in everyone but I was neglecting myself !!!!
