Very disappointed. Having spent months planning my staircase Tony persuaded me to adjust the design. I realised later that this was simply to make the project easier for him. Some aspects of the joinery aren't as good as I'd expected either.
Top quality from start to finish The design and installation of my staircase was first class, highly recommended.

Concerned would be an understatement. I paid this company to make some treads nearly 4 months ago and was told that would be delivered in Jan. we have sent them over a dozen emails and tried to call twice a day for the last 6 weeks and have heard nothing. I fear they may have gone out of business and taken our cash with them!!!!! Next step is to try and get our money back via small claims.
From start to finish Debbie, Tony & the team at Dorset Joinery were amazing. We have received a beautiful oak door and side panel, complete with frame and couldn't be happier with everything - the door is stunningly beautiful. The quality, service. fitting has been faultless. I would use them again in a heartbeat for beautiful crafted wood needs. They have been thorough in the process from beginning to end, guidance with product choice, advice and aftercare
