I'm from out of state and was ordering an arrangement for a friend at UAB. After a terrible experience with a rude employee at another florist, I tried my luck here. The lady I talked to was very nice. She took her time and wanted to make sure that she knew exactly what I wanted. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Dorothy McDaniel's has it!
Healthy fresh flowers at reasonable prices Dorothy McDaniels is by far my favorite florist in town. Their flowers are always incredible fresh and healthy - lasting longer than most. They have a walk in cooler where you can select whatever item you choose as well as a wonderful design team that produces beautiful arrangements. I have never been dissappointed with their flowers or their service.
