They have a wonderful staff. My property manager Betsy is always hands on and addresses my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Dorman may be great if you are the owner and want to save money, however, I would not recommend them as a tenant. We've had nothing but problems and we live in am almost brand new house. The house wasn't cleaned when we moved in, but you can bet that it will have to be spotless when we move out or we will be charged. The latest is that we haven't received our water bill from the first month and a half that we lived here, even though we call every 2 weeks and beg for it. We have had a sewage issue in the home we are leasing from Dorman for the past TEN days. We had to manually pump the raw sewage from the house for the first 9 days to prevent raw sewage from entering the house. I have had to move my kids from their rooms in the basement to the guest room upstairs for their own safety. Despite multiple phone calls where our property manager Betsy was unreachable and many unanswered emails we still have sewer gas seeping into the home.
