RENTERS BEWARE Dorman Property Management Company is the worst renting experience I have had in the 10 plus years I have been renting. RecommendedAlex Yoder is the BEST man in the business! Anyone can run a company but it takes a human with an amazing heart to run a company that cares about the customers just as much as employees. Great company and amazing person running it.
Alex Yoder is one of the best men that I know. His integrity comes first. He is honest, consistent and accountable. He over-delivers every day and he is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that all of your needs are being met.
If you are an owner be sure to read between the lines of your Agreement. They state that they will show your property, however, they just give out the code to prospective tenants and allow them to enter your home unaccompanied. I did not read the fine print, because they wrote it out to appear that someone professional would be showing your property. I only have great things to say about Dorman. The process was effortless from beginning to end. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful. They really listen to you and help you in anything they can. They will do whatever it is in their power to make sure you are well taken care off and happy. I recently had an emergency and Dorman was very understanding and immediately took action in the matter and helped me with what I needed. I will recommend them to anyone! Recommend

Dorman R.E. M. people are by far the very best at what they do. I have had them manage my rental property and they kept it in tip top condition. Paulette and the rest of their staff are great to work with. I would not use any other rental management company here in Colorado Springs. They also saved me money when tax time came. If you want people who truly care about service and excellence then choose Dorman. I give them 5 stars.
