They are our property management company, recent take over. We have not had our trash picked up in over a month. Inquiries have been sent to them and in the portal, along with pictures. I was a client of theirs for 5 years. Recently their behavior raised my suspicion and I conducted an investigation. What I found out is that as a property manager......this company has contracts with maintenance companies and when maintenance is performed on rentals, maintenance companies charge Dorman lower price than what Dorman charges landlords! Absolutely awful experience! I was a client for over 5 years. **** and **** were great in the beginning. Then as it progressed, about 2nd or 3rd year issues started to appear. The biggest one was owner funds. **** has full control over the owner funds and when to release them. Even though tenants would pay on time, he would release funds much much later. Dorman manages the condo association we live in and I hope that any HOA looking for a property manager reads this and stays away. For 7 months now we have had raw sewage spilling into our backyard after a contractor Dorman hired damaged something in the buildings walls. I can only say "something" because it's now mid April and we have still not been able to get another contractor out to fix the ongoing problem. Dorman are LAZY CROOKS. ******************************* was my property manager and never made an effort to return my calls or make any positive change. They all hide behind their emails and receptionists while never showing face or talking to you.I rented an apartment in a 3 story town home. I highly suggest you do not rent from them.they sadly took over where I was renting from in early 2021. I truly dont believe it was the owner that has caused such a headache but dorman itself. Not once did they replace any of the filters in the home ( which it states they will send you a filter every month in their contacts) . I had two water damage incidents. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY! We had to break our lease early and despite complying with all their early termination fees, paying two months rent while waiting for it to get rented and all the other fees. They kept over $700 of our deposit! For illogical fees such as charging us the difference in rent for two months because they lowered the rent 2 months after we moved out, a cleaning fee despite us getting the house professionally cleaned as per the lease agreement, a yard cleanup fee, which we also cleaned befo... read more

Save yourself time and stress. They are constantly inconsistent and they continuously prove their incompetence. I am a resident and executive of a board. We have battled with them for years. We keep hoping they would get better, however, they don't. Their don't answer direct questions with direct answers when they respond.
