I would give 0 stars but that is not a option what a horrible way to run a business pick on vulnerable people who require mobility equipment to get by and promote there independence. Liam I think there is a misunderstanding here. Understandable too. I to witness a similar outburst against that particular lady whilst I was in the shop. I was shocked as well but it turns out that these two have a rather heavy weird band of banter but are in fact friends. And I would say James supplies a good service to us less mobile souls. I my self have bought a scooter of him and generally found him very helpful. Roger

Had to confront the owner today as he stood by, outside his shop, mocking a lady in a mobility scooter whilst his mate verbally abused her and called her every name under the sun. He was laughing along and scuttled off when confronted. I then saw him 20 minutes later in the town on a scooter himself effing a blinding at her. Pathetic little roach of a man.
