Doran Kennedy went out of their way to help me with the sale of my late brother's house. They were very friendly and supportive. I would recommend them.
Extremely unprofessional. Real thieves. They overcharge you with ongoing maintenance issues. They appointed own contractors and make you pay bill bills. I paid them total 5000 pound. Can u believe ? Look at the email communication of owner of the company. Thats how they are. Dont trust them i have already lodged a complaint agaisnt them and will take them to court.
Viewed a rental house late last year, was messed around with waiting over a month to view the property as one minute it was being sold then it wasn’t. I was told we had a couple of days to get applications in. We got the application in and was told the person who deals with it wasn’t in that day but would be in the next day and will go through them and decide who they’ll offer the property to.
