From the initial visit and quotation to day of fitting, Ben was absolutely spot on. We did T think we could have a roller, however Ben explained the options available and the ability to have a ‘self opening winder’ in the unlikely event of a power failure. There was no hard sell or upsell- he gave us the options and then his advice - even if that was the cheaper option! Cannot fault the service and installation we got. We had a survey, with lots of explanations on fitting etc. We had a roll up and only waited three weeks for a fitting. Jack was punctual, a tidy worker and very polite, we are thrilled to bits with it and cannot fault them, would definitely recommend them. A big thank you.
