Atrocious service, have submitted repeat prescription requests on their automated service only to find they have been 'lost' in the system. What you have to do is is submit the prescription request then ring the actual receptionists several times to make sure they have actually taken notice of it. Haven't seen a Gp in a few years, impossible to get an appointment with their first come telephone appointment booking. Does anyone care ? I've had an appointment booked for over3 weeks for today....not a sniff of a call... you even arranged another appointment for a follow up... so that 2 appointments in 1 call for today.... nothing.... open til 6 it's says online..... but I can't ring you at 17.20... I hope this is seen by the surgery...2 months waiting about info for flu jab.... If I open my mouth ..I'll be called abusive... im not an abusive person.... just very frustrated....
