Extremely disappointed with our buying experience! We bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue Limited from Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset. While the sales person did a great job of trying to find something within our price range, we definitely feel like we were taken advantage of on the deal. No excuse for a vehicle with ~32K miles to have bald tires. Our vehicle WAS NOT detailed when we took delivery (it was raining), and that’s probably the reason we didn’t notice the tires. Buyer beware!!!

Had great experience with sales. Your oil change location on the other hand is a joke. If your lunch hours are 1-2 pm GREAT, but when I show up at 12:45 for a basic oil change and no customers in front of me, and still no service....that’s ridiculous. I sat there for 15 minutes and finally said forget it, so now I’m sitting at Pennzoil getting great service, not my usual 8$ oil for life but at least these people are acknowledging me!!!

We were extremely disappointed by Don Franklin Nissan in Lexington, KY. My husband talked to Phil, one of the salespersons on Thursday Feb. 8, 2018 because he was interested in purchasing 1 of the 11 2017 Nissan Versas they had listed on the website to see if they still had some for sale. We wanted to make sure they had at least 1 in stock before we traveled the 179 miles one way to the dealership to purchase the car. I have to say we went in without intentions of buying a car! We had salesman Shane P. He was awesome! Wasn’t pushy, listened to us and what we wanted and got it for us! Amazing service and was so nice considering we had a small child with us whom was very fussy towards the end! If you go ask for Shane! He was great!!!!
I was driving through don franklin and checking out vehicles. Chris Muse my sales representative, walked up to me and asked me how my days was going. He started talking about the vehicle I was looking at about how it was a safe vehicle and we took it for a test drive and I asked him questions about the vehicle and he was able to answer them.
