Don tanked/damproofed the back wall of our lower ground floor backroom for us five years ago and did a great job and totally solved the damp problem. We have now had our kitchen (also lower ground floor) done by Gary and Jamie who work with Don. We were intially nervous when Don didn't come himself but Gary and Jamie have done a perfect job. Had to have my house damp proofed prior to buying the house and was recommended by the surveyor. But the damp came back within a year and tried to get hold of the company through email but it’s been difficult. Taken photographs and all but in order to have it reviewed, I had to pay again. I paid almost 2000 pounds for the treatment, but have been disappointed.
Don did some damp proofing work a couple of years ago and was excellent in diagnosing the issue and carrying out the works. He also popped by today and diagnosed a separate issue, which has been a massive help. Would highly recommend.
