RecommendedFriendly, efficient and professional customer service. They repaired a faulty seat belt buckle and non-working 12v outlet, and because I am under warranty, they let me have a loaner. Wish the loaner had been an SUV for easier kid loading/unloading but several days with a sedan is nothing to complain about.
I used to take my car to DARCARS Volvo, but after 6 failed repairs of the same problem I decided to try Don Beyer. They fixed the problem in one day, and now I trust them completely. Volvo repairs can be expensive regardless of who you go to, but the guys at Don Beyer actually know what they're doing and you can trust them to get the job done right, and that makes all the difference. My service manager (Will) is amazing and as friendly as can be imagined. Forget other dealerships - Don Beyer Volvo is the way to go.

I purchased my car from Don Beyer Volvo 4 years ago. Since that time, I have taken it back several times for servicing. The service department is one of the best. They explain everything in detail to you. I would highly recommend buying a car from Don Beyer Volvo.

Absolutely horrific customer service in the service dept. Very rude to me on the phone when calling to get an appt setup and asking for cost and time estimates. Kept telling me I had to go there in person . I explained I have an 18 month old and it is a 30 minute drive . It should not be so hard to get info before bringing your car in for service. I have always been treated amazingly at Don Beyer Alexandria unfortunately falls church has been horrible and will not be using them ever again.
