RecommendedRonald Martin is a very helpful service rep. After years of problems with battery drainage, I finally discovered what needed to be done (RDAR). Ronald managed the process, including my demand that they keep the car all week...without restarting it for days...to prove they’d actually fixed it. Now if only Volvo USA would do the right thing and reimburse me for something that should have been fixed years ago under CPO warranty. I don’t hold that against the dealership. Just glad it’s fixed now 🤞.

We purchased both our Volvos at Don Beyer as they are our local dealer. Likewise we use their Service Department for any work that needs to be done because we trust them and want to be sure that genuine VOLVO parts are used in any repair. In addition they have a lovely waiting area with hot and cold drinks and snacks plus rest rooms. Our contact person is Will Hurdle and he’s great.
