do not get an estimate over the phone , drive there and get one , went from a 300 Dollar est, by phone to a $570.00 est after check out in the dealership, Hopefully problem is fixed, have to wait until it rains 🤔🤔🤔🤔
I am the happy owner of a beautiful new Volvo XC-40 that I purchased from Don Beyer Volvo in Falls Church. When one of the sensors for the passenger airbag was malfunctioning, we found out that, because the vehicle model is so new, there was only one replacement part to be found in the entire country. The Don Beyer Service Department found the part and had it shipped to Virginia on an expedited basis and installed it just in time for me to leave on a long awaited road trip. The Sales person, Mike Moore, was wonderful. I ordered a new model and he kept me up to date on delivery. So far so good - love the new car, and to date working with Don Beyer Volvo has been really good!
