I’ve owned a Volvo since 2005; I bought a new one in 2015 both for the quality and the service. Will Hurdle, my service liaison, is amazing, and is a primary reason I bought my volvo from Don Beyer. He asks the service guys if the work really needs to be done; he finds coupons to apply, calls me timely, and is a genuinely solid guy. He’s also gone to bat for me when there have been issues that arise just after the mileage warranty period has expired (I drive 20k a year). He’s the best.
Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable, honest, efficient in meeting promised completion, and I seem to always have easy to work with service representatives. Well done and James M is superb. David Agar

I have gone to Don Beyer at their Falls Church location 3 times. Each time I walked away buying a car. I felt like I received a good deal while getting excellent service.
