RecommendedEspecially love my overall experience dealing with my personal sale rep and interactions with other employees within the dealership, finance and upper management personal when they assisted me with my new purchase of very low mileage 2018 Volvo S90. These guys called me 8 times today after I inquired about their leasing prices last night. After calling back i was rudely told “they have to get me to answer my phone” and then placed on hold abruptly as to end the conversation. There are a lot more places out there that sell your product. This only makes you look desperate and unprofessional.
I purchased a car from Glen, it was the easiest transaction I have ever experienced . Everyone was extremely nice .
Excellent customer service, Mr. Washington did a great job explaining everything that my car needed. He listened to me patiently and he kept me informed throughout. He even called Highly recommended!
Te attention and care in service.
We drove almost 3 hours to get there and find out the vehicle wouldn’t even start. The seller, Glen tried to hide the fact that he had to jump start the vehicle before bringing it to us (which is why we waited so long) then they would not budge on the price. They do not stand behind their Motto and I would not recommend them at al!!!
We bought an SUV today from Nam Cho! It was the easiest, best transaction we’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle! He was very helpful, very friendly, and SO kind to our kids. Even offering them his own snacks from his lunch! Treated us like family instead of a customer! Best price we found within 150 miles for the vehicle we wanted, we searched for a while before we made a decision. Highly recommend them, 5 stars!
