WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's not that hard to work at a Dominos! I know because i worked at one which was on a campus which I'm sure was twice as busy than this locating! They need to clean house at this place! Too many mistakes that I'm done calling this place and now I'm willing to drive to McAllen or Mission to get my pizza from Dominos!
'Eric' started the 'quality check' at 11:41 to "double-check" my order for perfection... Its now 12:47 and 'Eric' is still 'double-checking' my order. Thats must be one hell of a 'quality check'...
This is what I received. We always order from them and this is the second time that something...crazy has happened. The first time we ordered was around classic weekend 2018. October and 2 hours passed before I decided to call. ( I know I waited to long but I wanted to give them a chance because it WAS classic weekend) they said that they "tried to reach me" because they canceled my order. This time...my thin crust was BURNNNNED. WE really do this? Our history has been loyal to them...so I don't know what happened.
Over an hour and the pizza had not even left the store. I tried to call and cancel the order but was on hold for over 10 minutes before I gave up. I actually had time to go and get my lunch and get back to the office before the drive called asking our suite number, which was on the order.
my cinnamon twist were so small and there were only like 4 big and 2 extra small pieces... i buy every other wekend and today i got ripped off bad
I have never really had bad service but today!! Right at this moment I have been on hold for approximately 22min and 34 secs I waited from 3:45 till 5:30 for a remake on my order after being told it would be 30 min. I called after 40 min.and was told they were busy so its taking some time to find somebody to bring my order back out for free!! Are you serious!!! I've waited15 min.to be verbally put on hold and so far 15min waiting for the manager William to come to the line I will never patronize here again.
I ordered my Mother a pizza tonight at the Montclair Rd location. She is at Fair Haven Nursing Home, directly across the street, less than 1/2 minute away. I received a text saying they were on their way. An hour and a 1/2 later later, pizza isn’t there. I called and my husband did NUMEROUS times and held for over an hour and a half..No Answer. They can text me that they’re on their way but not if there’s an issue I “WAS”ordering from them regularly. Not anymore. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Last time I will order from them.
i order a pizza .It arrives it is cold burned .Then the delivery driver wants a tip. they are $5.00 dollar pizzas
