I normally use Domino when I'm going on holiday to Glasgow Airport. I got a taxi recently going away - but on my return at 2.00 am I called them from Glasgow Airport requesting a taxi but the guy who answered just literally cut me off with no explanation and said " I can't help you " and hung up. I called them twice after that to complain and was told both times they apologise for that and promised a manager would call me to discuss my experience - I'm still waiting on that call ?
