This care company was provided to my mother from social services ! From day one we had issues with the workers from wrong medication given to the time keeping a 30 minute appointment would be only 10 minutes..time keeping was always an issue with them when questioned they would say they have done 30 min which was incorrect.. the care worker would be talking racism in front our family when we complained they brushed it under the carpet . my mother suffered from dementia and was bed bound do dignity care was provided by them .... read more
