I have had very mixed experiences with this company unfortunately, mainly stemming from management! The supervisor who visited my parents in my presence was amiable, yet forceful about what mum needed to be done and how often. As my mum has mixed Dementia, it is difficult to deal with people she doesn't know and I have since discovered she didn't say much in case she got a row. We’ve been with Domestic Matters for over 5 years and they have been excellent. Their cleaners are always on time and they go that little bit further with touches to show that they care about our home. So happy with them and couldn’t do without them.
