Receptionists are rude !!! Appears to he gate keeping appointments. Asked for a GP and being given an appointment for another healthcafe professional without being told that it isn't a GP.
I was really nervous to come into my appointment today but the nurse put me at ease and was friendly and kind throughout the entire appointment.
Have been trying to get a family member an appointment such rude reception staff very unhelpful and unprofessional. Stay clear !
